Isabel is a native of Melbourne Australia. Her father is Australian as is her mother who is Swiss. Her family lived in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru a small mining town in Cairns in the Northern Territory and Cairns Australia. Alongside her sister Nina they attended schools with children of all race and ethnicity. Isabel is currently living with her family in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel has been involved with the drama since her school years. In the following years, she pursued a degree in drama in Queensland University of Technology's Victoria College of Arts. Her agent in 2002 realized that she'd never performed in a play before. She tried out for the part of Home and Away in 1988. They felt that she was not suitable for the role, however, they were impressed enough that they created a brand new character to her Tasha. Her debut on TV lasted three years and she received the Logie Award in the category of popular new artist. In 2008 Isabel moved into Los Angeles. Her breakout role was from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009. Since then, Isabel has been in a variety of Australian and US films. Additionally, she's won a number of prizes. Isabel recently played a part on Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy a fast-becoming Australian classic, and the soon-to-be released thriller Lunacy. Isabel recently completed Sons of Summer, and she is currently in preproduction on the role of Marie Curie for Radiant. The aforementioned award-winning Annika Glac is writing/directing the film. Isabel is an avid animal advocate and has worked closely with a number of environmental groups. Isabel served as the PatronAmbassador for Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival (HRAFF) for 10 years until the year 2020. Isabel, who is well-known for her environmental commitments and dedication to ethical and social justice values, was the face of and brand ambassador for various fashion, cosmetics and beauty campaigns.
